-Supports to local service management and reporting function by creating timely, accurate reporting/analysis for senior leadership to enable management of strategic business objectives, and ensuring timely completion of all HR service requests.

Job Description
-Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.
-Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. He/she provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource related courses. (2) At least 2 to 4 years HR related work experience. (3) Good communication skills. (4) Willing to do Cyclical Shifting. (5) Should have work experience focus in any 2 of the following functional areas: (a) Performance Management (b) Employee Relations/Career Counseling (c) Labor Relations Resource (d) Management Training & Development (e) Compensation & Benefits Administration (f) Client Management.
